Update: beaTunes 6.0.2
Thanks to awesome user feedback, I was able to fix a bunch of issues. Details are below.
As always, you can download the new version from the download section of the website.
Changes in 6.0.2
- Fixed beaTunes 6 not starting on Intel Macs with macOS 11 (Big Sur).
- Fixed album ReplayGain values of about -90 dB, which often also made track ReplayGain values absurd.
- Fixed the song info's estimated key, tempo and segments being computed from wrongly scaled audio.
- Fixed the database upgrade from beaTunes 5 failing with "no such function: SQRT".
- Fixed a click next to the thumb of a floating scroll bar, and a classic mouse wheel, scrolling by only a few pixels.
- Fixed the filter of the song table failing, and then not clearing, when it contains an apostrophe, a hyphen, a slash or a parenthesis.
- Raised the default memory limit on Windows to 1 GB, as on macOS; installations still on the old default of 512 MB are raised too.
- Improved the message shown when beaTunes cannot confirm a subscription: it now says what to check, and why the connection failed.
